§01
Acceptance
By creating an account on Purity Science you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or place orders.
§02
Eligibility
Accounts are limited to licensed clinical professionals, pharmacies, and entities authorized under their jurisdiction to procure research-grade peptides. We may revoke account access at any time if eligibility cannot be verified or lapses.
§03
Product use
Products are sold for clinical or research use by appropriately licensed practitioners. Several SKUs are non-FDA-approved investigational compounds and require a confirmed disclaimer prior to checkout. Determination of clinical appropriateness is the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioner.
§04
Orders, pricing, and invoices
All orders are reviewed and fulfilled subject to inventory availability and compliance verification. Pricing is shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Invoice-only checkout is the default at launch; payment instructions accompany each invoice.

Shipping and restricted states
We ship from the United States via tracked carriers. Certain peptides cannot be shipped to certain U.S. states; checkout will block restricted destinations with a friendly explanation. Risk of loss transfers on tender to the carrier.
§06
Returns and refunds
For potency and chain-of-custody reasons we cannot accept returns of unopened or opened temperature-sensitive products. Damaged or visibly compromised shipments must be reported within 72 hours of delivery; we will replace or credit at our discretion after review.

Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for any account that submits falsified credentials, violates state or federal law, or attempts to resell to ineligible parties.

Disclaimers
Products are sold as-is, for the use described in their applicable Certificate of Analysis. Purity Science makes no medical claims and does not provide clinical guidance regarding patient-specific applications.
§09
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purity Science's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or the products is limited to the amount paid for the order(s) at issue.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be posted on this page with the effective date below. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
