Peptides sit in a fast-moving regulatory landscape. We'd rather over-disclose than handwave — what follows is how Purity Science operates.

Audience
Licensed practitioners and entities only.
Purity Science sells exclusively to verified medical professionals, pharmacies, and licensed entities authorized to procure research-grade peptides for clinical or research use within their jurisdiction.
Account creation requires submission of a current credential — medical, pharmacy, or equivalent practitioner license — which is reviewed by hand before any pricing or product detail becomes visible to the account.
FDA status
Not all peptides are FDA-approved.
Several peptides in the broader category, including retatrutide, are investigational compounds without FDA approval for general clinical use. Where applicable, we flag those products with a compliance designation and require an on-screen disclaimer to be confirmed before they can be added to a cart.
You are the licensed clinician. We supply the inventory; the determination of clinical appropriateness sits with you.
State restrictions
Shipping is gated at checkout, not in transit.
Some U.S. states impose product-specific restrictions on certain peptides. Our checkout maintains an allowlist by ship-to state and SKU. If a destination is restricted for a given product, the order is blocked at checkout with a friendly explanation — never discovered after a package leaves the facility.

Documentation
Lot, COA, and shipping records are retained for seven years.
Every order keeps a permanent record of the lot number, the corresponding Certificate of Analysis (HPLC purity, endotoxin, mass-spec identity), the carrier, tracking number, and delivery confirmation. These are visible from the customer portal for the life of the account and retained on our side for seven years.
If a regulator or licensing body requests sourcing documentation for a peptide you've administered, the trail starts on your order detail page and is fully export-ready.
