What we collect
Account profile (name, email, phone), organization details (legal name, addresses, billing contact), uploaded license documents, order history (SKUs, quantities, lots, addresses, tracking numbers), payment-instrument metadata where applicable, and operational logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) needed to operate the service securely.

Why we collect it
To verify eligibility under our practitioner-gating model, fulfill orders, maintain lot-level traceability, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and operate the customer support relationship.

Lawful basis
Where applicable, our processing is lawful under contract performance (operating your account), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service security), and legal obligation (record retention, compliance documentation).

How we share it
Limited to: payment and shipping providers necessary to fulfill orders; infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, transactional email) under data processing agreements; and government or regulatory bodies where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention
Order, lot, and license records are retained for seven years to support regulatory inquiry. Operational logs roll off according to a tiered schedule; account-level data is retained for the active life of the account plus the period required by applicable law.

Security
Stored data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to staff with a documented operational need. Sensitive credentials and uploaded license files live in private storage with row-level access policies.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to applicable retention obligations. Requests should be sent from the email associated with the account.

Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to operate authenticated sessions and basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the customer-facing portal.

Children
Purity Science is a B2B platform for licensed clinical and research entities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Material changes will be posted on this page with the effective date below. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
