What happens after you apply
After you submit a license, your account sits in pending review. You can sign in but pricing is hidden and you can't place orders yet.
Pending state
- Your status appears on
/onboarding/pendingwith the upload date. - You'll get an email the moment a reviewer takes action.
- Most reviews finish within one business day.
Approved
Your wholesale status flips to approved, you land on your dashboard, and prices appear on the catalog. You can place orders, save reorder templates, invite team members, and download COAs.
Rejected
If we can't verify the credential, we email you a reason and you can re-upload. Common reasons: expired license, illegible scan, license type outside our gating policy.
Renewal
60 days before your license expires we send a reminder. At 7 days we flip your status to pending renewal until you upload the new credential. Existing orders still ship; new orders are blocked.
