Uploading your license
The license-upload form lives at /onboarding/license and (after approval) reappears on /account whenever you need to re-upload.
Accepted formats
PDF, JPG, or PNG. Maximum 10 MB. Clear, color, full-page — we need to read the license number and the expiration date.
What we do with the file
We store it in private encrypted storage scoped to your organization. Only your org's owners and Purity Science staff can see it. The original record is retained for seven years beyond account closure for regulatory traceability.
Approval criteria
- License is current (not expired).
- License is unrestricted as to the products you're purchasing.
- License type is in our practitioner-gating policy (see the Compliance posture §01).
If we need more
We'll email you with a specific request — for example, a board-verification letter for a credential that doesn't render the expiration date legibly. Reply with the document and we'll re-review.
