Tracking an order
Every order has a dedicated detail page with a live timeline.
The order timeline
Five stages, with key dates per stage:
- Pending payment — invoice issued, awaiting wire/ACH receipt.
- Paid — payment confirmed; order moves to fulfillment.
- Packed — items pulled from inventory and packed.
- Shipped — carrier accepted the package; tracking number live.
- Delivered — carrier confirmed delivery.
A brass dot marks the current stage. Each transition timestamps live as it happens.
Where to track
Sign in and visit /orders for the full list, or click an order number anywhere on the platform. The detail page shows the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and the tracking link — click through to the carrier's site for real-time location data.
Email notifications
- "Order paid confirmation" when we record payment.
- "Order shipped" with carrier + tracking number when we tender to the carrier.
- "Order delivered" notifications are not currently enabled (carrier-side delivery emails are usually faster).
Adjust which notifications you receive in /account under Notification preferences.
