Tracking an order

Every order has a dedicated detail page with a live timeline.

The order timeline

Five stages, with key dates per stage:

  1. Pending payment — invoice issued, awaiting wire/ACH receipt.
  2. Paid — payment confirmed; order moves to fulfillment.
  3. Packed — items pulled from inventory and packed.
  4. Shipped — carrier accepted the package; tracking number live.
  5. Delivered — carrier confirmed delivery.

A brass dot marks the current stage. Each transition timestamps live as it happens.

Where to track

Sign in and visit /orders for the full list, or click an order number anywhere on the platform. The detail page shows the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and the tracking link — click through to the carrier's site for real-time location data.

Email notifications

  • "Order paid confirmation" when we record payment.
  • "Order shipped" with carrier + tracking number when we tender to the carrier.
  • "Order delivered" notifications are not currently enabled (carrier-side delivery emails are usually faster).

Adjust which notifications you receive in /account under Notification preferences.
