If your license is rejected

When a reviewer can't verify a credential, your wholesale status flips to rejected and you receive a rejection email with the reason.

What you'll see

  • A destructive red alert on /onboarding/license with the rejection reason inline.
  • A re-upload form below the alert.

Common reasons

  • Credential type is not in our practitioner-gating policy.
  • License has expired or is restricted in a way that affects the products we sell.
  • Scan is illegible, partially redacted, or missing the expiration date.
  • Board verification doesn't match the name on the account.

What to do

Address the specific reason in the email, then re-upload via /onboarding/license. We re-review every re-upload — you don't need to email us a heads-up.

If you believe a rejection was in error, reply to the rejection email or write to compliance@purityscience.com. We respond within one business day.
