Notification preferences

The Notification preferences section on /account controls which transactional and reminder emails the platform sends you.

What you can toggle

• Order paid confirmation — when we record payment.
• Order shipped — when we tender to the carrier (includes tracking).
• Invoice issued — when we email the invoice PDF.
• License renewal warnings — 60/30/7-day reminders.
• Support ticket replies — staff replies to your open tickets.

What you can't turn off

• License approval / rejection emails (regulatory + onboarding-critical).
• Org-invitation emails when someone invites you.
• Password reset emails.

Per-user, not per-org

Each user in your org sets their own preferences. Org admins can't change another member's settings.

Toggles take effect immediately — no save button.
