License renewal warnings
We send three renewal reminders before your license expires so account access never lapses.
The schedule
- 60 days before expiration — first email reminder; no impact on ordering.
- 30 days before expiration — second email reminder; still no impact.
- 7 days before expiration — third email + your wholesale status flips to pending renewal. Existing orders still ship; new orders are blocked until the renewed credential is uploaded.
What to upload
A scan of the renewed credential (PDF, JPG, or PNG). Upload from /account — the license tile shows a re-upload form when the credential needs attention.
After upload
Status flips back to approved the moment a reviewer verifies the renewal. We try to clear pending-renewal uploads within one business day.
The renewal cron job runs at 13:00 UTC (around 9 AM ET) every day. If your license expires between cron runs, ordering blocks at the moment of expiration; the renewal-pending email arrives on the next cron.
