Downloading a COA

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the lab record for the specific lot you received — HPLC purity, identity confirmation by mass spectrometry, endotoxin testing where applicable.

Per-line download

On /orders/[your-order-id], each line item shows a brass Download COA link once the COA is on file. Click it to download a fresh PDF (signed URL, valid for 10 minutes).

Bundle download

A single zip with every COA for the order is available too — useful for clinic recordkeeping or board audits. Look for Download COA bundle above the line items.

Pending COAs

If a lot is fresh from production and the COA is still being filed, the link reads "COA pending upload" instead. We email the order owner the moment the COA is filed and the link goes live retroactively for prior orders that used the lot.

Retention

COAs are retained on our side for 7 years per the Compliance posture §04.
