Applying a referral code

Referral codes apply a discount and credit the referring rep with commission on the order.

Where to paste it

On the cart page, find the Apply a referral code input below the line items. Paste the code (case-insensitive) and click Apply.

What happens next

• The discount appears as a line on the order summary.
• The code is recorded with the order so commission attribution survives any later cart edits.
• On a refund, the commission auto-reverses too — your rep's ledger updates automatically.

What invalidates a code

• The code is deactivated.
• Your organization is not yet approved (pending accounts cannot apply discounts).
• The code expired or hit its redemption cap.
